Abstract :
Cement Indonesia.Inc is one of the companies engaged in the
manufacturing industries that produces cement. In maintaining smooth production
process, then Cement Indonesia.Inc always tries to improve engine maintenance
system.
One of them is the engine coolant packaged type that was in the engine
control Mill. Failures that appear on this machine will potentially cause disruption
to the production process. Through the provision based on the frequent occurrence
of damage to the engine components cooler and the longer time due to damage
repairs, then it will be got 3 refrigeration components that are focus of the
research, namely component Bearin Motor Fan (In Door), Motor Fan (In Door),
and Bearing Motor Fan (Out Door).
The method that is used in this study is Reliability Centered Maintenance
(RCM) method. RCM method is used to determine the appropriate type of care
activities on a piece of equipment through the analysis of the impact caused by a
failure in FMEA and RCM Decision diagram. From the results obtained, priority
maintenance activities that need to be done on each of the critical components of
the cooling machine is Scheduled On-condition Task and Scheduled Discard
Task
