Abstract :
Being the principal quality is not easy. Screening required in the selection of a principal who is able to bring the success of the school. Selection using only manual systems can not run objectively and effectively. Therefore the use of Decision Support Systems is considered indispensable for the data processing and to improve the quality of the screening decision of the appointment of a headmaster so that the results obtained are more effective. By using TOPSIS method can provide information and recommendations choice as possible, so it can help to make decisions more objective so that the quality obtained in accordance with the conditions or criteria that have been determined. The output of the system is the recommendation of teachers who were ranked highest to lowest score making it easier to analyze and make decisions.
