Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze. Service Quality and Amenities to
Coustomer SatisfactionPT.BPR MitraMandiriCemawisCerme-Gresik This study
used two independent variables consisting of Service Quality and Amenities to
Coustomer Satisfaction variable in the form PT.BPR
MitraCemawisMandiriCerme-Gresik.
This research was conducted in the District Cerme Gresik. The sample
used in this study as many as 100. The sampling technique in this study using
accidental sampling. The method used in this research is multiple linear
regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the variable Service Quality and
