Abstract :
Hypertension is a killer disease that is rarely known because the symptoms are often without complaints. The severity of a person's hypertension varies greatly. By knowing the severity of hypertension, it can help the doctor to make decisions about when and how to treat the disease. This research uses data mining techniques using Naive Bayes method to classify the severity of normal, pre-hypertension, stage 1 hypertension and stage 2 hypertension. Attributes used are age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and weight,. The data used is the result of data classification at Health Center Tambak Bawean in 2017, 2018 as many as180 data of patients with hypertension. The system test was performed with three experiments using different data compositions. Accuracy obtained in the test can be seen in table 4.6 with an average accuracy of 87.5% and average error rate 12,5%.
