Abstract :
This study aims to determine the relationship between hardiness personality and students' anxiety in facing the interpersonal communication style of student teachers at Semen Gresik Vocational School. Data collection uses questionnaires. The sample used was 200 respondents from SMK Semen Gresik. The sample collection technique in this study was using non-probility sampling techniques namely purposive sampling, as a class XII student of Semen Gresik Vocational School. The analytical method used is SPSS correlation with reliability test, validity test, classic assumption of normality test, linearity test and correlation test. The results showed that hardiness personality had a negative relationship with the anxiety of students facing the interpersonal communication style of student teachers at Semen Gresik Vocational School. .
