Abstract :
Keyword: Strategy Communications, Free Socialization School. Free school program represent governmental program under wings of Department Education of National. Departmental Education of National cope to socialize this free school program to society. Specially mounted area, in this case on duty Education of Town / Sub-Province. In Sub-Province of Bojonegoro, this free school program socialized by Part of Program and Reporting On Duty Education Of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro. Sub-Province of Bojonegoro represent small Sub-Province in East Java. Is this program will be successful till in areas? Communications strategy what used On Duty Education of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro in socialization this program? From description, researcher interest to check communications strategy what used Part of Program and Reporting On Duty Education of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro in socializing free school program. On duty Education is including one of the Decree Local Government in governmental scope of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro with amount of officer 75 people, in side Governmental south of Sub-Province Area Mount regional II broadly 2,579 Ha (25,79 KM2). Apart among On duty Education with Government of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro about 1,5 km. Source of especial data in research qualitative is action or words, rest is additional data like document and others. Source of information in this research is Superintendent Of Program and Reporting On Duty Education of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro and Staff Part of Program and Reporting On Duty Education Of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro. Researcher use technique authenticity of triangulation data. Triangulation type the used is triangulation with source. Source of used to check authenticity of data is Headmaster of school getting this free school program. From result of analysis which have been done, researcher can conclude as follows is: First, done System Socialization On Duty Education of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro in socialization of Free Program School is invitingly lead branch On Duty Education of District. Its Socialization by socializing directly (face to face) to head branch On duty Education of District and headmaster of school getting Operational School relief fund. Second, message content submitted by On Duty Education of Sub-Province of Bojonegoro the in the form of is informative. Third, done by free school socialization 3 months once.
