Abstract :
This research aims to describe job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intention to stay and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on intention to stay with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research, using a quantitative approach. Using Total Sampling and PLS as Analysis tools. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. This research took place at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Blitar Branch. This research used 45 employees as respondents. The results of this research are that employee job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee intention to stay; employee job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment; employee commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay; Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee intention to stay through organizational commitment.
