Abstract :
The study, entitled Evaluation of Parttime Student Performance At Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This research parttime students grouped in three major groups. Three groupings of students based on parttime work units, parttime students and faculty administrative departments, laboratories, institutions and others. The purpose of this research is to find out how the level at performance of parttime student at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang period 2009/2010. To know descriptions of the performance indicators that need improvement and development. In getting the picture parttime student performance, the used are indicators of quality job performance appraisals, attendance, attitude, cooperation, initiative, knowledge of the work, responsibility, and honesty. Analyze is methods rating scale. Data analysis technique used is the range of scale as the reference category parttime student performance. The results of data analysis shows that level of performance parttime student at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang rarely 538. Performance value is categories. The results of data analysis for group work units and administrative departments of the Faculty 153. This value is included in the category very well. The results of data analysis in the laboratory working group of units, agencies and other units respectively - joined by 156 and 225. Both values are included in both categories. From the result above, it can be concluded that the level at performance the students parttime faculty and administrative departments, laboratories, institutions and other units are different. The best performance parttime student performance faculty and administrative departments, while the performance of laboratory parttieme students, institutions and other units of the second best because it has a performance score was included in both categories. Overall performance parttime student at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang odd period 2009 / 2010.
