PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), DEBT TO EQUITY (DE) RETURN OF EQUITY (ROE) DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP TRADING VOLUME ACTIVITY

Abstract :
Investment decision is an important point for company to fund capital for their effort, it is also a way for investor to earn gain and make to prosper their life in the future. Before making investment decision, investor need to make investment analysis and use all kind of information to support their analysis. It means they need financial information and non financial information to make good decision for their future investment. Financial information consist of earning per share (EPS), return of equity (ROE), and debt to equity (DE) whereas non financial information use corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this research is to prove that EPS,ROE,DE and CSR have ability to influence investment decision which is peroxided by trading volume activity (TVA) in primary sector company in 2012,either is simultaneously and partially.Primary sector company consist of mining and agricultural company which is classified by JASICA and registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is around 57 companies and sample is selected by using purposive sampling. The sample which is taken to observedis39 companies. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression.The result of this research indicates that EPS, DE,ROE, and CSR simultaneously have the significant influence to the TVA with coefficient determination amount 44 %. Partially show that EPS have significant influence to the TVA, while DE, ROE and CSR have no significant influence to the TVA.
