Abstract :
Based on various needs analysis October 30, 2018 in class 4th Tangkil 01 Elementary School namely Lilik Sukarminingsih, S.Pd teacher do not use learning media, teachers also have never made learning media in the process of learning activities teachers use lecture methods and assignments, not through direct practice examples of creative dance movements so students get knowledge about the concept of dance broadly by following the direction of motion that the teacher performs in performing the correct dance moves, according to the level of student motor development and conformity with the learning objectives to be achieved. This study aims to: (1) To develop the dance motion of Blitar "Penari Kendang Jimbe" creations in accordance with elementary school students in grade 4th effectively using Interactive CD, (2) Knowing the feasibility of the Interactive CD of "Penari Kendang Jimbe " Creative Dance Typical Blitar Jaranan used in class 4th SD 01 SDN Wlingi. This research uses research and development on the Borg & Gall model. The Borg & Gall development model has 8 stages namely Potential and Problem, Data Collection, Product Design, Design Validation Test, Design Revision, Product Trial, Product Revision, and Usage Trial. This research was applied to 4th grade students of SDN Tangkil 01 Wlingi Elementary School with 22 students. This research was conducted in the 2018/2019 academic year even semester. he results showed that the development of the Interactive CD "Penari Kendang Jimbe" media on the motion of regional dance creations for 4th grade students at SDN Tangkil 01 Wlingi was valid, effective and interesting. The results of the media validation percentage before revision 80% with proper information and revisions as needed. Then after the revision gets 95% with very valid information, no revision is needed. Results from material experts amounted to 81.82% with valid information. Effectiveness data obtained from student learning outcomes and student learning activities. Student learning outcomes gained 81.82% with effective information. Learning media for Interactive CD Motion Dance by Ethnic Jaranan Typical Blitar "Penari Kendang Jimbe" Creations are suggested to inspire teachers to always innovate in using learning media in order to create a fun and interesting learning atmosphere.
