Free radicals that damage the skin can be avoided by using anti-aging.
Objective:To find out what can be used as anti-aging parts of the Moringa plant (Moringa oleifera Lam)
Method:Using a descriptive qualitative research methodology the type of literature study. This study uses a research instrument in the form of the NVivo 12 Plus application.
Result of conclution:Moringa plant consists of 6 plant parts, namely: leaves, stems, fruit, flowers, roots and seeds. The part of the plant that is used the most or appears the most as anti-aging is the leaf. The content of compounds in the Moringa plant there are 6 parts of the compound, namely: Flavonoids, Alkaloids, Saponins, Tannins, Steroids. The compounds that appear the most or are the most effective as anti-aging compounds are flavonoids. With an anti-aging mechanism of action, namely to overcome DNA damage due to exposure to sunlight or UV rays. The results of the cluster analysis showed that between plants and the content of compounds were interrelated.
