Abstract :
Leek (Allium fistulosum L.) is a type of vegetable plant that has the potential to be developed intensively. The production of leeks in 2014-2020 has fluctuated. Efforts that can be made so that the demand for onions remains stable requires renewal of cultural technology that can increase the production of scallions, namely through an organic technology approach. The research was carried out from June to August 2022 in Jetak Ngasri Village, Mulyoagung, Dau District, Malang Regency. The study used a simple randomized block design (RBD) with 5 treatments and was repeated 5 times. The treatment consists of 5 levels as follows: P0 = No POC fish waste/control, P1 = POC fish waste 20 ml/L water, P2 = POC fish waste 25 ml/L water, P3 = POC fish waste 30 ml/L water, P4 = POC of fish waste 35 ml/L of water. Observational data were analyzed using analysis of variance (F test) and if the results were real it was continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results showed that: (1) Differences in POC concentrations of fish waste had a significant effect on the growth of leek plants on the variables studied, including: plant height, number of leaves, root wet weight, root dry weight, wet weight per plant and dry weight per plant, (2) POC fish waste with a concentration of 20 ml/L of water is the most effective fertilizer concentration on the growth and yield of leek plants because it affects the variables of plant height, number of leaves, plant wet weight and plant dry weight.
