Abstract :
COVID-19 is a new type of corona virus that has never been identified in humans. In general, Covid-19 is a zoonic disease, aka a disease transmitted from animals. The results of previous studies stated that the SARS-CoV virus was transmitted from badgers or civet cats to humans and the MERS-CoV virus was transmitted from camels to humans. WHO said that confirmed cases of COVID-19 worldwide reached 67,780,361 cases, while death cases reached 1,551,214 cases as of December 9, 2020. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the level of adherence to health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic based on literature study. The research design used is a literature study by reviewing 9 journals from 2020-2022. The keywords used are Corona Virus Diases, Corona Virus, COVID-19, Pandemic COBID-19, Health Protocol, Public Health. Journal quality analysis with JBI. Factors that affect the level of compliance with health protocols during the pandemic are divided into 2, namely internal factors and external factors. On the internal factor, the public's perception of COVID-19 is one of the factors that affect the level of compliance, the second is the education factor or the level of public education and the third is the education provided by the Covid-19 task force to the community. The external factor is the policy of the local government itself.
