Abstract :
This research aims to determine the annual performance of the Kebon Agung Malang Sugar Factory for the period 2016 to 2020. Data analysis techniques using interactive model analysis consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The data used in this research are the annual financial statements of PG Kebon Agung from 2016 to 2020, customer data, production data, and employee data. Based on the research result, the company?s general performance is not healthy, so the company is expected to improve performance by paying attention to the determinants of performance success, one of which is by making a new strategy.
