Abstract :
This study discusses the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance at Kirinkimbab restaurant in Malang. With a quantitative approach, this research emphasizes the multiple regression analysis method. The reason for selecting respondents is because employees work in a kirinkimbab restaurant in the city of Malang. The tool used in this quantitative research is a questionnaire which is processed through a questionnaire and distributed to kirinkimbab employees in the city of Malang. The results of the F-test showed that the variables of job satisfaction and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis testing using T-test shows that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. The dominant test results show that job satisfaction has a major influence on employee performance. The limitation of this study is that it only uses a questionnaire and only one company so that the results are not widely generalized.
