Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Price to Earning Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Stock Return. The object used in this study is the Real Estate and Property Sector Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. To determine the sample in this study, researchers used purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample by making criteria. The criteria for determining the sample based on the purposive sampling method in this study are as follows: 1) Real estate & property entities that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period; 2) Real estate & property entities during the 2016-2020 research period were never removed from the list of the Indonesia Stock Exchange; 3) Real estate & property entities during the 2016-2020 research period are on the main board of trading; 4) Real estate & property entities that present complete financial information for the 2016-2020 period. The results showed that the ROA variable had a significant positive effect on stock returns, the DER variable had no negative and significant effect on stock returns, the CR variable had no positive and significant effect on stock returns, the PER variable had no positive and significant effect on stock returns, and the TATO variable did not. positive and significant effect on stock returns.
