Abstract :
Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Health Protocol Law Enforcement in Tulungagung Regency is one of the Government's efforts to accelerate the handling of Covid-19. This study aims to examine the Regent's Regulation Number 57 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of the Health Protocol which in Article 6 makes the Task Force (consisting of Satpol PP, TNI/POLRI) the main executor in the Yustisi Operation process. Research using qualitative methods is done by viewing, recording and describing activities as a form of report by obtaining data in the form of images, tables, interview results and other types of data as support such as scientific journals and books. The results of the research obtained are that the Tulungagung Regency Government has issued and implemented Regent Regulation Number 57 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort to Control Corona Virus Disease 2019. The Civil Service Police Unit acts as the coordinator of policy implementation, maintenance and administration of peace and security. public order in the region by collaborating together; Tulungagung Resort Police; Military District Command 0807 Tulungagung; Tulungagung Military Police; Tulungagung District Court and District Attorney. Even though there are several obstacles, the application of disciplined health protocols is considered quite effective in minimizing the spread of the virus.
