Abstract :
A repository is a place for storing and transmitting a collection of files on a large scale. Repositories can be used by companies to manage existing assets in the company. Human Capital Division PT. ICON+ Cawang head office has several problems in managing company assets in the form of archiving and distributing documents manually. So we need a digital repository in the form of a web to facilitate access, usability, and long-term storage security. The User Centered Design (UCD) method is used to design the user interface and user experience in the form of a prototype on this web repository. This method involves the user from the beginning of the design to completion, so that it can produce a prototype design with a high usability value. The application of the User Centered Design (UCD) method can produce a prototype design that fits the needs of users who have been tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method with satisfactory results. Based on usability testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) obtained a value of 86.5% with a very strong range (80-100).
