Abstract :
This study aims to describe: (1) the Recruitment Process for Golkar Party Members in the Legislative Election in Malang Regency DPD (2) Inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the Golkar Party Member Recruitment Process in the Legislative Election in Malang Regency DPD (3) solutions provided by the DPD Regency. Malang in overcoming the inhibiting factors in the Recruitment Process of Golkar Party Members in the Legislative Election.
The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the Chairperson of the Golkar Party DPD Malang district, the Deputy Chairperson for the organization, and the Deputy Chairperson for the regeneration and membership sector. Data was collected through direct observation in the field, interviews and documentation of activities. The data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The final stage is to test the validity of the data with the Source Triangulation procedure.
The results showed: (1 The political recruitment process carried out by various parties in Indonesia, especially the recruitment process for Golkar Party Members in Malang Regency was seen that it was still running well. (2) Inhibiting Factors in the Recruitment Process for Golkar Party Members in Legislative Elections in DPD Malang Regency namely the community's apathy towards the party Supporting Factors in the Recruitment Process for Golkar Party Members In the Legislative Election in the Malang Regency DPD, namely good and sufficient abilities, it is used to realize policies related to aspirations, ideas and programs submitted to the government for welfare people.
