Abstract :
This research is a development research (R&D) which aims to develop valid, practical, and effective worksheets to support mathematical communication skills. The subjects of this study were 15 students of class VIII SMPN 1 LANGGUDU. The data were obtained from the results of non-formal interviews with the teacher and several class VIII students. Then the data obtained were analyzed by qualitative methods. Based on the results of the analysis, the development of teaching materials in the form of LKPD was carried out which had been adapted to the conditions and characteristics of students. The results of this study found that the LKPD developed was categorized as valid with a percentage of 88.88%, practical with a percentage of 95.13%, and effective with a percentage of 78.88%.
