Abstract :
This thesis discusses the concept of Fulfilling the Family Income of Fishermen Workers Post-Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency) in terms of Hifz Al-Maal and Hifz Al-nasl According to Jasser Auda's view. This thesis answers two important questions. First, how are the efforts to fulfill the family livelihood of fishermen workers after the covid-19 pandemic in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency? Second, how is the fulfillment of the family income of fishermen workers in terms of the sharia maqasid of hifz al-mal and hifz al-nafs according to Jasser Auda?, the effort to answer these two questions is the first step in the academic world to examine the fulfillment of a living which is then viewed from the perspective of hifz al-maal ( maintaining property) and hifz al-nasl (maintaining offspring) according to Jasser Auda (Contemporary Fiqh Ulema). This thesis finds that the first result is that the families of fisherman workers have fulfilled their daily living by trying several businesses (working). Second, that the efforts made by the families of fishermen workers have fulfilled the hifz al-maal and hifz al-nasl, especially for the benefit of family members. Fulfillment of daily needs is not only in the aspect of money (financial) needs, but basic needs (clothing, food, housing), health, and education.
