Abstract :
Based on Law Number 4 of 2014 concerning Village development, it aims to improve the welfare of the Village community and the quality of human life as well as poverty alleviation by fulfilling basic needs, developing village facilities and infrastructure, and utilizing natural resources and the environment in a sustainable manner. This study aims to find out how the planning process, sources of funds, implementation, and supervision as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the infrastructure development of Gajahbendo Village, Beji District, Pasuruan Regency in 2021. The type of research used is qualitative, namely a form of research that aims to provide an overview as a kind of data collected from the field objectively with data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of pictures or videos of a number of informants. The results show that the infrastructure development of Gajahbendo Village in 2021 is quite good but needs to be improved so that it is more optimal, which can be seen from the aspects of planning, funding sources, implementation, and supervision. The supporting factors of this activity are support from the community and sufficient funding from the Village Budget to carry out development. While the first inhibiting factor is public awareness, the inactivity of village officials, and the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
