Abstract :
"Procedures of Teller Service Against the Opening of a Savings Account of PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani UMM Cash Office? The purpose of this study is to find out the procedure for opening a savings account at BPRS Bumi Rinjani UMM cash office for prospective customers and what obstacles are faced by customers during the savings opening process. The analytical tool used is descriptive qualitative where the research describes or describes the procedure for opening an account as well as the constraints in opening an account experienced by customers. From the research results show that PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani The cash office of UMM provides easy and simple requirements for opening a savings account so that prospective customers do not experience difficulties with the procedures set by the bank. The problems faced by prospective customers from the process of submitting the form to the ongoing process are problems that arise because customers who are not careful in filling out forms or tellers do not cross check files. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the procedure for opening an account at PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani UMM cash office is relatively easy and simple and the existing obstacles are very easy to solve if prospective customers are careful or more thorough in completing files, filling out forms, and tellers who always double cross check customer files.
