Abstract :
This study aims to look at the financial management capabilities of the Lumajang Regency Government which has been reflected in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), such as the government's ability to finance development and increase revenue from local revenue. The method used in this research is descriptive research which describes a number of variables related to the problem based on the facts found in the field. From the type of data used, namely primary and secondary data, namely through observation and interviews, as well as data - data taken via the internet. The results of this study are that the Lumajang Regency Government itself has been successful in developing the tourism sector as a priority for this development and has been supported through the program planning so that it has been legally structured as contained in Lumajang Regent Regulation Number 79 of 2014. From the conclusions drawn this is tourism development in Lumajang Regency, especially in the Selokambang Natural Baths, has been developed in accordance with Government policy through the activity program for establishing tourist villages and forming Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis). In the development of tourism itself in Lumajang Regency, there are also inhibiting factors and supporting factors in developing and managing other tourism objects properly and have been managed by the Lumajang Regency Tourism and Culture Office. From the Regional Original Income that has been received by the Tourism and Culture Office of Lumajang Regency, it has also experienced a good increase every year.
