Abstract :
Entrepreneurial intentions among students are very important to be developed, because
entrepreneurial intentions among students can be a source of birth for future entrepreneurs.
someone to start a business, the intention of someone who is accompanied by good self?confidence, the greater someone is able to create business opportunities and create jobs. The
purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and
entrepreneurial intentions in students who are members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs
Association organization, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This study uses a
correlational quantitative approach to study the relationship between two variables.
Respondents in this study amounted to 100 students who were taken by total sampling
technique. There are 2 research instruments used in this study, namely the self-efficacy scale
developed by Layalin (2021) and the entrepreneurial intention scale developed by Layalin
(2021). The data analysis method used is the Pearson product moment correlation with the help
of SPSS. The results of the research that have been carried out show that there is a significant
positive relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention (r= 0.097; p < 0.01),
which means that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the entrepreneurial intention, and vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the entrepreneurial intention. low entrepreneurial
