ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Organizational Commitment in the food and beverage department of PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya. The company operates in the tourism and hospitality sector so it must be accompanied by accompanying facilities, namely a quality restaurant. For this reason, companies must pay attention to their employees first so that they can commit to the organization to provide the best service to hotel customers. Companies must pay attention to factors that can influence Organizational Commitment. Such as motivation and work environment so that employees can work comfortably and have confidence in the company. This research was conducted with the aim of 1) Describing the influence of motivation and work environment on organizational commitment, 2) knowing the influence of motivation on organizational commitment, 3) knowing the influence of the work environment on organizational commitment. 4) Knowing the most dominant variables in influencing Organizational Commitment. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees of the food and beverage department of PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya, totaling 30 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS-25 program. The results of this research are that Motivation and Organizational Commitment are in the very high category, and the Work Environment is in the good category. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Motivation is the most dominant variable in influencing Organizational Commitment.
