ABSTRACT
This study aimed to describe the development of open-ended approachoriented
student
worksheets
on
flat
shape
material
using
ADDIE
and
to
find
out
the
development
of
open-ended
approach-oriented
student
worksheets
were
valid
and
practical.
The method used in this research was ADDIE development. This
research was conducted at SMP Islam Darul Muttaqin Metro. The data collection
technique used was a product validation questionnaire by material experts, design
& language experts, as well as product practicality questionnaires by students. The
practicality test in this study was a small group consisting of 10 students. The
results of the development were in the form of worksheets oriented to an open
ended approach on flat geometric material using ADDIE covering five stages,
namely: the analysis stage includes analysis of teaching materials and student
analysis. The design at this stage prepared the learning plan, the development at
this step made the teaching materials modified based on input from experts, the
implementation was not used in this study because it was only up to small group
trials and evaluations assessing the quality of the product in each part as well as
the advice given by the validator, and students. The results of the validation of
material experts obtained a percentage of 75%, and language design experts
obtained a percentage of 80.65% with an average of 77.83% in the valid category.
The practicality assessment using a student response questionnaire obtained a
percentage of 68.8% included in the practical category. The results of the overall
assessment of teaching materials can be concluded that LKPD oriented to an open
ended approach to class VII flat shape material was valid and practical and can be
used in learning.
