Abstract :
Yanah School Leadership Style is an activity carried out in an Education group led by the school principal to influence his subordinates who have the vision, mission, and goals of the school, in the field there are still principals who do not apply the leadership style properly or are not aware of what is the responsibility he answered as a leader. Therefore the leadership style of school principals is influential in improving the performance of the teacher Raudhatul Athfal, sukabumi city. This thesis research aims to determine the influence of the Principal's leadership style in reminding the Performance of Raudhatul Athfal Teachers in the city of Sukabumi. This researcher used a survey research design with a purposive sampling technique by taking a sample of 35 teachers from each school using SPSS 17 statistical analysis techniques using steps such as Data Normality Test, Homogeneity, Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Tests from analyst results The statistics address the Schoolmaster's leadership style influential in improving the Performance of Teacher Raudhatul Athfal in the city of Sukabumi.
