Abstract :
The purpose of this research is (1) to know the cooperation agreement (2) to know the system of profit sharing applied by the Bank to the owner of the stall/agency. (3) To find out what obstacles arise in the sharing of profits in such cooperation. The research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods. The data used is primary data, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the profit sharing system agreement applied by the Bank BRI to the stall or agent BRILink was appropriate and agreed from the beginning. Barriers that are often experienced by targets thet are too large for agents, networks that are sometimes less supportive, and late payment of fees to agents.
