Abstract :
The existances educators of PAUD Sukabumi Region is appreciated by the average undergraduate of qulification of S1 PAUD out of 662 PAUD educators in Sukabumi Region, only 24 educators have linear education. Through the competency of education and many training were held by HIMPAUDI and the other agencies, such as the Sukabumi Region Education Office. All Paud educators are always required able to implement and manage Early Childhood Education Programs. Education and training is an effort to develop employee or teacher resources, especially for professional improvement related to administrative skills and management skills. This aims of the study to determine how the influences of education and training in the improving of professional competence of paud educators at sukabumi Region. Data collected from the field in the form of quantitative data was processed using of statistics ans descriptive methods. The influences of education and training in the improving of professional competence of paud educators at sukabumi Region, focus to teacher performance can be shown from the results of the coefficient of determination is seen as a value (R2 ) of 0.9132 so that it means that education and training contribute to measuring the effect of the professional competence variable by 83.4% and the remaining 16.6% is the epsilon factor or is influenced outside the variables studied by researchers. From the hypothesis test concluded that education and training have an influence to professional competence of paud educators at Sukabumi Region
