Abstract :
Pangalengan Bandung Regency West Java Market Project is a market revitalization project due to previous market conditions that are no longer feasible. As a vital facility and used by many communities, it is necessary to do a balanced analysis for the developers in the economic aspect and to represent the community as a user of the facility represented by technical feasibility analysis. Economic analysis using NPV (Net Present Value) method and as a comparison alsoPI (Profitability Index) method is used, as well as calculating BEP (Break Event Point). As for technical analysis, it will be reviewed in reference to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No: 29/PRT/M/2006, especially the points of Building Reliability Requirements
