Bayu Maulana Firdaus. 2021. The Role of Agricultural Extension Agents as a Motivator in the Development of Farmer Groups in the Village of Mekarsari Nyalindung Subdistrict. Guided By Endang Tri Astutiningsih And Ashrul Tsani. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of agricultural counseling as a motivator in the development of farmer groups in the village of Mekarsari Nyalindung Subdistrict. Research methods used quantitatively. Retrieval of respondents using Cluster Sampling. The data were analyzed using average different tests. The result of this study that there is a significant difference in motivation between the group of beginner class farmers with advanced farmer groups, this is based on the fact that in terms of flying hours experience, the advanced class farmer group is far away when compared to the beginner class farmer group, in addition in terms of program planning, farming and organizing advanced farmer group cooperation has been more mature in making concepts, in other words it can be stated that the higher the motivation, the higher the ability class of the farmer group.
