Abstract :
Deni Septian Komara 2021, identification of dry land farmer household characteristics in tegalbuled village, tegalbuled sub-district, sukabumi district. Guided by Endang Tri Astutiningsih and Neneng Kartika Rini. This study aims to identify the characteristics of dry land farmer households in Sukabumi Regency. This study used a survey method with the research location and the respondent farmers were deliberately selected. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of dry land farmer households were on average 50 years old, the level of education was low and the majority of upland rice cultivation still used land rent or other people's property. As for the characteristics of farming, the majority of farmers only focus on planting upland rice and lowland rice. And the socio-economic characteristics of farmers are still looking for other or non-agricultural economic sources such as food stalls and motorcycle taxis to fulfill household needs.
