There are several UMKM in Sukabumi City that process ginger into products that have added value, namely ginger candy. To meet market demand, producers need to pay attention to the good quality of taste, texture, aroma, packaging, price, and other attributes. This study aims to determine how a comparative study of consumer preferences for ginger candy processed products in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is descriptive. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling method, with a total of 90 respondents. The analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative and Fishbein multi-attribute analysis.
