Abstract :
Heart disease is the deadliest disease in the world. The problem that usually arises in patients with heart failure is the instability of hemodynamic status. Hemodynamic status can change rapidly, caused by mobilization and stimulation that occurs in the patient's body, and requires regular monitoring. The purpose of this case study is to apply murotaal therapy to hemodynamic status in heart failure patients. The methods used in this case study are interviews, observation, and the application of murottal therapy. Heart failure is the inability of the heart to pump blood throughout the body. Hemodynamics is a physical aspect of blood circulation, cardiac function and peripheral vascular physiological characteristics. Murottal therapy is a type of sound therapy that has psychological and neurological effects. Case study on Mrs. U for three days, obtained data on blood pressure 160/100 MmHg, pulse 70x/minute, respiratory rate 28x/minute and oxygen saturation 94%. The nursing problem that arises is activity intolerance. The interventions carried out were focused on providing distraction activities, applying murottal therapy and observing hemodynamic status. The results of the application of murottal therapy showed changes in hemodynamic status before and after therapy. Blood pressure decreased by about 10-20 MmHg, respiratory rate improved, pulse rate improved, and oxygen saturation increased. Thus, murottal therapy has an effect on changes in the hemodynamic status of heart failure patients.
