Abstract :
Violent behavior is a maladaptive response to anger resulting from extreme anger or panic. The purpose of this scientific paper is to apply therapeutic communication measure to reduce the risk of violent behavior. The method in this scientific paper is a case study with the provision of therapeutic communication actionns. Data collection techniques were caried out by interviewing, observing, and documenting measuring instruments used were (Target Autcome Scala). The result of the author?s intervention showed a change in the level of violent behavior scores before and after being given therapeutic communication actions with a score of 17 to 11. It can be concluded that the provision of therapeutic communication actions has an effect on changes in the level of violent behavior experienced by schizoprenic patients. The conclusion from this paper is that the provision of therapeutic communication actions can help reduce the level of violent behavior someone who has a level of violent behavior that is often disturbing.
