Lutiyah, M.Kep and Asep Suryadin, S.Kep Ners., M.Pd The aging process is a normal and natural phenomenon experienced by every human being. Changes occur from various physical, psychological and social aspects. Elderly is an age group of people who have entered the last stage of their life. Naturally, everyone will experience the aging process, and old age is the last period in a person's life in this phase of his life. Stroke patients experience abnormalities of the brain as the central nervous system that controls and triggers the movement of the neuromusculukeletal system. The aim of the study is to understand and apply nursing care using ROM (Range of motion) therapy for stroke patients in Cianjur Regency. This research design uses a case study method. The sample taken is one respondent, namely the elderly with stroke. The results showed that there was a change in muscle strength from a score of 1 to 2 (1-5). Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that ROM (Range Of Motion) therapy can be applied to increase the physical mobility activity of the elderly with stroke.
