Lutiyah, M.Kep and Asep Suryadin, S.Kep., Ners., M.Pd., The aging process is a normal and natural phenomenon experienced by every human being. Changes occur from various physical, psychological and social aspects. Naturally, everyone will experience the aging process, and old age is the last period in a person's life in this phase of his life. If not treated properly, it can lead to complications such as stroke, coronary heart disease, kidney and heart failure, which are hollow, cone-shaped, hollow muscular organs the size of a fist. It contracts about 2.5 billion times and pumps about 50 million gallons of blood in an average lifetime. The aim of the researcher was to apply classical music therapy to reduce cardiac output in the elderly with hypertension in Sayang Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency. This research design uses a case study method. The sample taken is one respondent, namely the elderly with hypertension. The results showed a change in blood pressure after being given classical music therapy from 170/120 to 150/90. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that nonpharmacological therapy of classical music therapy can be applied to reduce cardiac output in the elderly with hypertension.
