Abstract :
The UMMI library is an information service in universities within the scope of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. Plagiarism checking service is one of the services provided by the UMMI Library to users. The plagiarism checking service that is still used by the UMMI Library is still by sending documents via email to the UMMI Library. The current problem is that there is no queuing system for checking plagiarism at the UMMI Library so that the UMMI Library staff has problems with students checking for plagiarism by sending double emails, thereby slowing down the plagiarism checking process. Therefore, in this problem, it is necessary to have a system that can assist students or librarian in checking plagiarism. The system that will be created uses a web-based First In First Out (FIFO) method with the aim of preventing students from sending duplicate documents and to improve service time standards.
