Dysmenore is a condition in which a woman experiences puberty at the age of adolescence the impact of dysmenore is the appearance of pain complaints. The purpose of this case study is to apply endorphine massage therapy to acute pain dismenore.. Data collection technology is conducted with interviews, observations, literature studies and physical examinations. The results of the intervention showed a decrease in the pain scale from 6 (1-10) to 2(1-10) measurements performed using the Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS). It can be concluded that the administration of endorphine massage has an effect on the decrease in the scale of pain. The application of endorphine massage is expected to be used as an independent intervention for nurses and patients as a nonpharmacological action in dysmenore patients with acute pain problems.
