Abstract :
The California lemon plant is a very acidic fruit with many health benefits, for example, to strengthen the human body's immune system, in the implementation of its cultivation, crop failures often occur or poor fruit is caused by disease. To determine the type of disease that attacks, disease experts in agriculture are needed, while this plant in disease prevention is often constrained by time due to limited knowledge of farmers and lack of skilled experts in their fields. Experts on the symptoms, diseases and solutions of California lemon plants, one of which is a disease caused by ticks. Therefore, the author creates a consulting website that aims to create a system that can make it easier for us actors. Lemon california in knowing and overcoming diseases that occur in these plants. The method used to support this research is using the forward chaining method. Forward Chaining is a method on an expert system that uses a way to find problems by collecting data or facts that come from experts. The stages used to solve this problem are starting from knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, rule making, decision tree making, determining inference method and knowledge base. It is hoped that the California lemon disease consultation by making this system using the forwarded chaining method can be a tool for farmers.
