Abstract :
Irrigation is one of the important fields for the potential of agricultural land. In Warungkiara Sub-district there is irrigation which supports a lot of agricultural land for food availability. It is necessary to prepare a planting plan for a balance between the availability of water and the need for irrigation water. The purpose of this study is to check the current condition of the pasa water and find out whether the results are sufficient or not to meet the water in the rice fields by calculating the current water demand and availability. The method used is the calculation of water requirements with the Fj Mock method. The method takes into account the volume of water entering, leaving the irrigation. The results showed that the 1st and 2nd planting periods in an area of approximately 507 ha were mostly rice plants. In the 3rd planting season, farmers in the area planted secondary crops as a substitute for rice crops with an area of 152.1 ha. Currently the Planting Index (IP) at D.I. Warungkiara is stable by using cropping pattern I, namely paddypaddy-crops.
