Abstract :
This final report was compiled by Syifa Aulia Shalihah (1941211010), entitled "The Effectiveness of The Implementation of billing Active Tax With Warning Letters and Forced Letters at Pratama Tax Office of Sukabumi" his report was prepared based on the result of research conducted by the writer at Pratama Tax Office of Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation billing of active tax with Warning letters and forced letters at the Pratama Tax Office of Sukabumi. The amount of tax arrears is a problem that must be evaluated immediately so that subsequent policies have a positive impact on state revenues.this type of research is descriptive quantitative to see how effetive billing tax is from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study prove that billing active with warning latters and forced letters not effective.
