Abstract :
This Final Project Report was prepared by Putri Haerani Nurzakia, Student Identification Number 1941211029 with title ?Review of the Imposition of Compulsory Contributions to Road Traffic Accident Funds on Motor Vehicle Taxes.? The mandatory contribution to road traffic accident funds is a contribution that is paid annually together with motor vehicle tax. This study aims to determine the role of the mandatory donation of road traffic accident funds, the procedure for applying for compensation. In preparing this final project, the author uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques used are interviews and literature study. Based on the research it can be concluded that. The Mandatory Contribution to the Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) has a role to be held accountable for by the owner of a motorized vehicle, if the driver of the vehicles has a traffic accident or crashes into a person causing injury to another person, the victim will be given compensation
