The results obtained from the nursing evaluation are that there is a change where previously the client was not happy and felt uncomfortable after interacting to look happy and comfortable. Then, the client can also demonstrate how to get acquainted. The results of the questionnaire that when the pre-test was carried out there were signs and symptoms of moderate social isolation with a value of 4. After applying therapeutic communication, the post test results for signs and symptoms of mild social isolation with a value of 2. So it can be concluded that the application of therapeutic communication can make clients do not hesitate and feel comfortable to interact.
