Abstract :
Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia, which occursbecause the pancreas is unable to secrete insulin and a decrease in insulin action. For Controlling type II diabetes mellitus, many methods can be used both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. For pharmacological methods, sulfonylurea, Glinid, Metformin, Glargine, and detemir drugs are usually given, while pharmacological methods are hydrotherapy or water therapy. White, this method helps lower blood sugar; the mechanism is water that enters the body, then it will remove all toxins in the body, including excess sugar. To help excrete chemicals such as glucose and substances through the kidneys, such as cleansing the body's organs, large amounts of fluids are required, and diabetes mellitus is known to be treated with hydrotherapy within seven days. After caring for Mrs. I for seven days, nursing problems and the risk of dangerous blood glucose levels Instability were partially resolved with normal ranges and daily monitoring. The conclusion of the case of Mrs. I is a nursing problem that the risk of dangerous blood glucose levels Instability can be appropriately resolved by hydrotherapy for seven days.
