Abstract :
Corporate Social Responsibility, Partnership and Community Development is a corporate responsibility to the community, as stated in the Sukabumi Regency Regulation Number 6 of 2014, which aims to improve the welfare of the community and a company process to manage relationships and responsibilities to the community in Sukabumi Regency. STAR ENERGY GEOTHERMAL, Ltd., is one of the companies that has the exclusive right to develop Geothermal areas. Where in Corporate Social Responsibility, Partnership and Community Development there is an action that may occur in related area to the responsibility to ensure and minimize the impact on Nature and the environment also the Society. The purpose of this study is how responsibilities of Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd (SEGS) to the community and the environment in implemented the TJSPKBL, and how the Sukabumi Regency Government's efforts in handling cases that occurred in Star Energy Geothermal Salak, Ltd (SEGS), Normative Research and descriptive in nature. Based on the results of the research, it shows that synergies and implementing a regulation in TJSPKBL must be considered, STAR ENERGY GEOTHERMAL, Ltd. TJSPKBL has been good but there are obstacles and Community Intervention, and not necessarily the program that is run with the desire to demand and a new agreement that is in accordance with people's wishes.
