Abstract :
The digital era is a condition of life in which all activities are facilitated with the help of sophisticated technology. One of the most widely used digital technologies today is the e-library. E-library or digital library is a library with the help of information technology and its collection is in digital format, accessible anytime and anywhere with fast and accurate information dissemination. The Adzkia Integrated Islamic School has several levels of education spread across the Sukabumi City and Sukabumi Regency. Each level of education has a library in the school environment which has a library collection of different numbers and titles. Every library collection will be complete if a web based library application who developed that can be accessed by every student and teacher. The method applied in this research is the scrum method. where the development process is carried out in a very short period of time and is adaptive to changes so that it can be handled quickly according to user needs. The stages in the scrum method are user stories/ roadmap, product backlog preparation, sprint planning preparation, sprint backlog preparation, sprint review preparation, and sprint retrospective preparation. The end result of this research is user clarity on project management design and as a tool for managing workflow, determining work priorities, describing each project, and controlling each activity being carried out, thereby giving users time visibility, identifying and solving problems quickly and efficiently. The existence of a webbased library application is expected to provide efficiency and effectiveness in library services at the Adzkia Integrated Islamic School.
