Abstract :
NENDEN SRI WAHYUNI. 2023. Analysis of the Financial Feasibility of Rizky Strawberry Agrotourism in Sukamaju Village Kadudampit District Sukabumi Regency. Under the guidance of ENDANG TRI ASTUTININGSIH and NENENG KARTIKA RINI. One farming business that emphasizes selling services to customers is agrotourism. This study aims to analyze the income and financial feasibility of Rizky Strawberry Agrotourism in Kadudampit Sukabumi that was conducted on April to June 2023. The research method used is descriptive. The results showed that Rizky Strawberry Agrotourism when viewed from production is 156 Kg < BEP production is 1.359 Kg, selling price of Rp. 70.000 < BEP price of Rp. 79.037, BEP revenue is Rp. 20.250.555 > revenue is Rp. 3.106.676, R/C Ratio of 1,64 > 1, and B/C Ratio of 0,64 < 1, based on the results of the R/C Ratio this business is said to be feasible and the BEP revenue has reached a breakeven point, but based on the calculations of BEP production, BEP prices and B/C Ratio it is not yet feasible. This happens because the agro-tourism business has only been running for more than a year, so that expenses are greater than income. Efforts to increase revenue through increasing visitors and product diversity must continue to be carried out so that this business becomes financially feasible.
