Abstract :
The risk of violent behavior is a person's behavior that shows that he can harm himself,
others, and the environment either physically, verbally, or emotionally. The risk of violent
behavior that is not handled properly can invite harm to himself as well as many people
around. One of the nursing actions that can be provided by nurses according to this
implementation strategy to control the risk of violent behavior is religious or spiritual
therapy. The form of spiritual therapy from an Islamic perspective studied in this study is
dhikr. This research uses a case study design. Data collection in this case study is through
interviews and observations in 5 steps: assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation,
and evaluation. The results after doing Spiritual Dhikr Therapy for 4 days with a duration of
10-15 minutes per day, the results obtained after the intervention train the spiritual dhikr way
the client is able to control his anger. And clients experience a decrease in the risk of violent
behavior after the spiritual dhikr therapy intervention. The score obtained before the therapy
was carried out was 11 (moderate) and after the therapy there was a decrease in the risk
score for violent behavior to 5 (mild). Suggestions for the next writer is expected that this
scientific paper can be useful and beneficial for clients in the future.
